O ne of the most powerful forms of personal growth is self- talk. Many of us don’t know its importance in our everyday life and how it can change the way we think, and the way we live our lives. I recently came across a very inspiring video about self-talk, and the words in the video gave me goose bumps. They are powerful motivational words and I knew I ought to share it with you. On the 31 st of December 2016, we said goodbye to another 365 days in which brought us many surprises that we could not even explain ourselves. We lost people on the way, friends, family, people we thought that we couldn’t never fall out with. We also said goodbye to loved ones who had passed away during the year. Yes, 2016 was a hard year for many but the year has also brought happiness somewhere along the way. The new friends we met along the way, to replace the ones we lost, the comfort we got from the loss of our loved ones, the little things that brought laughter on our faces and the hopes that creeped in when fear wasn’t looking. All these things made it possible for us to complete 2016. Personally, 2016 was a hard but yet a fulfilling year for me. I gained so much confident in myself during this year and Oh God, how I have tried finding myself throughout the years but 2016 has really started the first stage of new opportunities for me and my God, I am so thankful for all
