Merry Christmas to every single person reading this. I truly hope everyone had an amazing Christmas shared with loved one with laughter and all round smiles. It is indeed the season to be jolly and merry in every way possible. No matter what you are going through right now, smile cause it's going to be okay. A day of joy and happiness has landed upon the earth and a whole new year is just around the corner so be happy in any place you may found yourself today.

30 days change update

Hey guys, Long time, I know.  I've been super busy over this summer that I haven't had the chance to actually write a post and update you on how my 30 days change is going.  So, I started off so strong but broke it on the 20 th day, but as the rule applies, miss a day, start all over! So I'll be starting again next week (on the 28 th of August), and I'll defiantly be updating you on what I’ll be doing! Kind words to yourself

I recently met up with disappointed unexpectedly which I really hadn't planned for its arrival so when it came, I couldn't fight it myself for some days but when I realise that it was affecting me so much, I just had to stop it from turning my days upside down, so on my way home one day from meeting up with a friend I just began to write to myself, words of encouragement, words of positivity, words of hope. Am telling you before I even got off the bus I was feeling much happy, began to smile, it was as if my happiness was restored. These words of encouragement that I wrote to myself really helped me and I really want you to give it a try because it works wonders!
