30 days change



Most of us are stuck in the slow pace rhythm of this world following the daily routine of what society wants us to do.  Sometimes we feel confused and eventually we end up going with "the flow" of life accepting what life offers to us.

At times we feel like nothing is changing in our lives and months after months you've begin to adjust to the requirements of life. We no longer take anything into consideration and we loose the focus to achieving our dreams and goals.

From time to time we break down and fall apart. At times we don't even know why we've broken down but we just sit at a corner and let our tears do the talking. And when we're done, we wipe the tears off our faces, give ourselves a little bit of time to adjust back into life's rhythm and we walk back into the world and put on a smile, a fake broken smile convincing ourselves that we’ve put enough smile on our faces to make people believe that we are okay.

I just want to take this moment to tell you that NO you don't have to go about life like that every single day of your life. You need to do something about it. It is very important to know and understand that life can be lived the way you want it to be. It just takes some time and dedication on focusing and working towards what you want.

You must be willing to find an answer to what may be causing your set back in life.To be honest,  I am sick of the same life cycle over and over again. So, today we’re going to make a difference together!

 You may ask, what exactly is this “30 days change”?

30 days change is about building a foundation for a new beginning. It involves you seeking changes each day for 30 days and noticing the changes as you go. This is not the typical 30 days challenges. It is NOT a challenge! It is about doing something different, something YOU like doing and something that you ENJOY, for 30 days. The ultimate reason is to show that you have the ability to make any changes in your life by taking LITTLE but yet EFFECTIVE steps and at the end you feel something different and empowering inside of you. 

The idea came to me during my thinking process of where life is taking me. It excited me at the thought and I knew at that stage that I ought to put pen to paper and write it down. The thought of something different excited me because since last year I've been stuck in the college/ work routine and had no time for self-thinking or self-meditation and I didn’t even have the time to reflect on my thoughts and the different stages of my life.

Before starting try and identify the setbacks in your life or what you feel that you really need to change. There is no need to deny it because you are helping yourself by doing this.

Examples of what you can do are listed below

Day 1- go for a run
Day 2- smile
Day 3- read a book
Day 4- cycle
Day 5- meditate
Day 6- take pictures of  things you like
Day 7- Have a chat with friends/family/relatives or even your pets
(And so on)

Within these 30 days try and do different things every day. These changes aims to excite your energy and slowly open your mind to different things to show you that you are able and cable of doing anything using simple but yet effective actions!

The only rule that must be followed-
You miss one day, you have to start from the beginning. No cheating!!!!
