Merry Christmas


Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope you all have a wonderful and joyful Christmas.  I wish you and your family every happiness during this Christmas festive. Share the joy amongst friends and other families cause Christmas is about sharing happiness around and also experiencing it yourself. 

I pray that the blessings of peace, the beauty of hope, the spirit of love and comfort of faith be your gift this Christmas.

30 days change update

Hey guys, Long time, I know.  I've been super busy over this summer that I haven't had the chance to actually write a post and update you on how my 30 days change is going.  So, I started off so strong but broke it on the 20 th day, but as the rule applies, miss a day, start all over! Kind words to yourself

I recently met up with disappointed unexpectedly which I really hadn't planned for its arrival so when it came, I couldn't fight it myself for some days but when I realise that it was affecting me so much, I just had to stop it from turning my days upside down, so on my way home one day from meeting up with a friend I just began to write to myself, words of encouragement, words of positivity, words of hope. Am telling you before I even got off the bus I was feeling much happy, began to smile, it was as if my happiness was restored. These words of encouragement that I wrote to myself really helped me and I really want you to give it a try because it works wonders!
